The Creative Fabric Frame Stitch Regulator is both a stitch regulator and a constant stitch speed control. In Stitch Regulation mode, it takes advantage of your machine's full range of speeds to keep your stitches the desired length. 

With the push of a button, the stitch regulator can also be used as a constant speed control, letting you manually adjust the speed of your sewing machine.
